This class is ideal for people starting out in basketball officiating with zero to 4 years of experience. New material is presented each week. Major areas of the class include high school rules, mechanics, communication, and philosophy.
To obtain IHSA clinic credit from this course, you must attend two required sessions in Week 2 and Week 3.
The class sessions are online from 7:00 – 9:00 PM on the following dates:
- Week 1: Monday, September 29
- Week 2: Tuesday, October 7 *Required Session for IHSA Clinic
- Week 3: Monday, October 13 *Required Session for IHSA Clinic
- Week 4: Tuesday, October 21
- Week 5: Monday, October 27
- Week 6: Tuesday, November 4
